Corporate case study (Bristol, UK)

A recruiting company in Bristol started the FreeMind training in March 2009. This was a very difficult time for recruiting companies, as there were fewer jobs and a surplus of candidates. This problem is increasing as companies are making more people redundant.

Objective
The main objective was to align the employees to the culture of the company while using the bespoke recordings and the Standard Emotional Intelligence Toolkit to enhance positive behaviours and to reduce negative behaviours that disrupt efficient business practice. The recordings were also designed to help them with stressful situations and to help them overcome obstructions that hampered their performance in different scenarios.

Results after one month
We looked at the different KPIs that would improve performance and the company’s bottom line. We looked at the results of the month of February, prior to the training and the month of April, because if we had looked at March, it would reflect results based on work done before the training.
