Psychological Awareness is the ability to understand how your mind functions, how it is programmed by you and by outside factors.
We have been conditioned by ourselves, by our upbringing, our environment and experiences from our past. The average person has 60,000 thoughts a day and 90% of the day’s thoughts are those we had yesterday.
Language is one of the best examples to use. We tend to use negative language when we speak to ourselves and others. People are always made aware when they do something wrong, but seldom complimented when they do something right. This emphasises the limiting beliefs that are the causes of many of our limitations. These limitations are not necessarily true, but they exist in our mind, becoming obstructions that stop us from reaching our full potential, limiting our performance.
FreeMind looks at improving psychological awareness, enabling one to understand how the mind works and how one can change the different patterns of behaviour, thinking and communication.
Once you understand how your mind works and how you can change things, you are able to design the right conditions to have the life that you want, the life that you deserve, to be the best that you can be.
