We have to behave today, like the organisation that we want to be tomorrow. Change does not happen in the future. Our identity as individuals or our brand as an organisation is all to often defined by what we have done so far or what we, one day, hope to achieve. People are squirreling away busily writing mission statements about who they are and where they are heading but like new year’s resolutions and so many other optimistic attempts at creating change, all that does is create a clear idea of where you are not today.
